6-11 Yeah im finish!!!!!!!!!!!!

6.If the planes were German bombers, that could signify trouble and that the Britains were attacking .It could signify the spread of the battle. From the nurse's actions, I can infer that she is trying to keep the pilot from worrying about the war. I think she is trying to prevent him from taking any actions that would cause the battle to begin in Brighton. Also i can infer that she doesn't want him to be out of bed and walking around because he needs to regain energy.
7. I think the pilot thinks the nurse is lying about where he is, so now he feels like he can't trust her. I think he thinks he is somewhere other than Brighton.
8. From the pilots actions, I can infer that he is determined and scared. Also, that he does not trust people. The pilot's determination makes him  go on and and fight so that he will know things for himself and don't have to go by what others say.
9. The pilot believes he is in France because of the words on the sign. Also all of his surroundings differ from what they look like in Brighton.
10. I can infer that the pilot believes he is being set-up, to believe he is somewhere he isn't && finding out things that is false. I think he realizes this and so he only says what his squadron officer would've told him to say.
11. . After having read this story, I can infer that the character is  difficult. He is tentative, skeptical, determined, and a bit eccentric. Even though he has doubt, he doesn't let that keep him from playing the game && doing what it is what he got to do. At the end of the story, I think he has made the right decision.

6. answering questions

The German Bombers could signify that the German were winning the war and defeating the Germans. I infer that she didn't want the pilot to worry about the wat, because he needed to rest and regain energy.

yeah

yeahhhhhhhhh im done wit these long a** questions
1. The pilot compares his severe injury to something like finding a dead cat on the sofa.
This simile reveals that the pilot state of mind is his leg was in bad condition with a lot of blood but there was no pain.

2. The repetition increases the suspense of the story because the pilot is injured but does not feel no pain so they think that they are okay. the pilot didn't feel good and thought that he was going to pass out.

3. I think the pilot is afraid to land in the water because he was scared to pass out before he pulled the cord to land.

4. I think the pilot passed out when he described the clouds and sun as whiteness and darkness.

5. The details revealed that he was in the middle of war period because he hears the plane in the sky but doesn't hear bombs.

6. The german bombers can tell that he is in germany rather than in Britain. I can tell that the nurse is trying to hide something from the pilot because she said he was imagining things that those aren't the junker 88s even if the pilot knows the sound of the bomber planes exactly because he was bombed by them.

8. The pilot's actions revealed that he is an extremely determined man because he was able to crawl to the window with his leg missing and throbbing. He was able to get to the window and find out that he was in France instead of Britian.

9.) The pilot believes he is in france because he sees a sign that reads G-A-R-D-E A-U C-H-I-E-N , Garde au chien, meaning beware of the dog in french languages.

10.) The pilot now recalls the sentence Johnny used to always say to the pilots everyday because he is afraid that he will get captured by the french and if he does they should know nothing but his name, rank, and number.

11.) The pilot's reactions at the beginning of the story was calm and settle. He wasn't worried at all until he felt as though he was about to faint because he was loosing too much blood. His attempt to get out the window was because he was afraid that the french would capture him but he didn't get away because he saw a sign that puzzled him realizing that he was in France. His responses to the nurse and the wing commander at the end of the story was because he didn't feel as though he could trust them

Dog Questions

11)From reading this story i can infer that the pilot is a very strong hearted man, smart person and is determined but at the same time he has like a ego that makes him not so smart
5.)the details in the second column describe the time and place by saying how the pilot heard the engine of a junker 88 saying that anyone who has been bombed knows the sound that the engine makes.
